Fort Supply Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting fort-supply.com or fast-herd.com (the “Site”), which are owned and operated by Fort Supply Technologies, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Fort Supply,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). Fort Supply takes privacy and transparency very seriously. Please read the following privacy policy (the “Policy”) to understand how your Personal Information will be collected and treated as you make full use of the Site as well as all related applications, software, and services, including but not limited to the Value Tracker mobile application (together, and collectively with the Site, the “Service”). For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can or potentially can be used on its own or with other information to de-anonymize data or to identify, contact, or locate a single person.  

  1. Service Eligibility  

Our intent is to collect Personal Information only from individuals who are at least 18 years old, who are legal residents of the United States with a legitimate email and mailing address, and who voluntarily provide such information. If you fail to meet any of the criteria described above, you may not user the Service or provide any Personal Information to us.

This Policy describes the information we may collect from you and how that information may be used by us and others. Specifically, this policy explains how we treat Personal Information (such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and age) that we collect when you (i) visit the Site or (ii) use or register for the Service. We aggregate such information to help us to compile reports as to trends and other behavior about users visiting our Service; however such information is anonymous and cannot be tied directly to you.

 If we acquire your credit card information or other payment information, we will keep such information confidential and will not share it with any third parties without your prior informed consent. Notwithstanding our commitment to keep your credit card information confidential, we reserve the right to share with third parties the fact that we have your credit card information on file.

In order for you to take full advantage of the Service, we may encourage you to provide your Personal Information to us; however, providing some Personal Information is voluntary. If you do not agree to our potential uses of your Personal Information as described in this Policy, you are not required to provide your Personal Information to us. Keep in mind, however, that if you do not provide us Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you certain aspects of the Service or, in some cases, any part of the Services.
